TEAM
Our experienced team accompanies children and adolescents as well as their parents and caregivers with professional expertise, empathy, and time from infancy to adolescence. As a pediatric practice in Nuremberg, we interact with children and adolescents in an age-appropriate manner and take their fears and questions just as seriously as those of their parents and caregivers.
Understandable explanations, transparent recommendations, and a calm, attentive atmosphere are a matter of course for us. It is important to us that trust can develop and that every family feels they are in good hands with us.
Through close exchange within the team as well as cooperation with specialists, clinics, and therapists, we support our patients even beyond the practice.
OUR MODERN PEDIATRIC PRACTICE
Our practice is a place where medical quality and human closeness come together. Every treatment receives the time it needs – without haste, without pressure. Parents and caregivers should be able to inform themselves in peace; children and adolescents are cared for in an age-appropriate manner and their questions are taken seriously.
In our modern pediatric practice, we see ourselves as long-term companions from infancy to healthy and confident young adulthood. The individual needs of children, adolescents, and their families are the central focus. Our work combines guideline-based, evidence-based medicine with a holistic view of the development of children and adolescents and takes physical as well as social aspects into account.
Through a well-established network of specialized physicians and clinics, we ensure reliable follow-up care when needed. In this way, we accompany families responsibly – from the first months of life into adulthood.

What should I consider before and after a vaccination?
Please prepare your child for the fact that a vaccination will be carried out during the appointment. This allows potential fears or concerns to be identified early and addressed specifically.
Should your child have an infection on the day of the vaccination appointment, please come to the practice anyway. We will examine your child thoroughly and decide together with you whether a vaccination is possible on that day.
After the vaccination, there are usually no major restrictions. However, we recommend avoiding heavy physical exertion or competitive sports for 24 to 48 hours, and not planning any hot baths or sauna sessions on the day of the vaccination.
For certain vaccinations, for example against meningococcal B, preventive administration of medication to avoid fever and pain at the injection site is recommended. We will inform you about this in detail at the vaccination appointment.
Should side effects such as a reduced general condition, fever, or pain at the injection site occur after the vaccination, the administration of antipyretic or pain-relieving medication may also be useful.
We will also advise you on this during the vaccination appointment.
Can my child be vaccinated if they have a cold?
If your child has a cold or an infection on the day of the vaccination appointment, please come to the practice anyway.
We will examine your child carefully and decide together with you whether a vaccination can be carried out on that day.
